Max Embers is our newest "Artist to Watch" in 2020. Trust us, he will be your new favorite artist.
Born in Germany, Embers is a now Los-Angeles-based singer-songwriter. With his music and lyrics, his incredible voice is the focal point, complemented by soft beats. With almost 75,000 monthly Spotify listeners and about 2 Million plays across just a few releases, he is gaining momentum quickly.
After winning first place in the nationwide singing and songwriting competition Jugend Musiziert in Germany during his senior year in High School, he went on to study at Berklee College of Music in Boston, one of the leading contemporary music institutions in the world, where he had the privilege of working and sharing the stage with legends like multi-platinum selling artist Paula Cole and Emmy, Tony Award and Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Harry Belafonte.
Since moving to LA in 2017, he has worked with many well-known artists such as Noah Cyrus, Colton Dixon, and Felix Sandman. We have no doubt he will be just as notable in no-time. Recently, he appeared in the pilot episode of Songland on NBC where he worked with Grammy winner Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic. Their collaboration, Lookin' Up, has hit almost 1 Million plays on Spotify, and his latest song "Missing," is gaining traction with almost 70,000 plays in just over a month. Max Embers is currently working on his highly-anticipated EP, "The Truth is a Complicated Thing," set to be released this year, and a new single "Dark Matter" out on March 13th!
