"It it feels so good to finally sweat again and feel like that I'm evolving and doing something progressive for my body and my mind," she said. "It is a struggle getting back into the groove of working out. Oh, man."
She revealed that she is ready to go mentally, but physically it isn’t quite the same as before. Although, it might help if baby True actually slept, as Khloe mentioned that is another challenge for her – trying to find time for her workouts.
